Cooling, Heating and Air Conditioning System:
The building is equipped with three chilled water centrifugal chillers with a capacity of 700 tons of refrigeration. These chillers are manufactured by the German SMARDT company with the latest generation of Danfoss-Turbocker compressors, FLOADED evaporators and a highly advanced control system with Danfoss and Siemens equipment. It should be mentioned that the energy consumption in this type of chillers is very low, so that we will have a COP above 10 in partial loads.
In the cooling and heating system, six three-pass steel boilers made by VIESSMANN, Germany, with 96% efficiency and completely intelligent, along with very low-noise burners made by ELCO, Germany, ELECTRONIC 2 STAGE PROGRESSIVE type, are expected to meet all the heating needs of the parts with minimal gas consumption. It meets the private and public needs of the building. In all residential units, high-quality built-in ceiling fan coils equipped with PICV valves are used for accurate control and balance of the network. All residential spaces have a central fresh air supply system. which are performed by central air conditioners with complete equipment and equipped with inverters.
In all public spaces, for energy distribution and fresh air supply, ceiling fan coils and channel fan coils and accompanying air conditioners are provided. In these spaces, there are fan coils and air conditioners equipped with picv valves made by Danfoss.
In the pools of this collection, specialized luxury pool dehumidifiers made by Hydros Italy are used. These dehumidifiers are equipped with a PLC that humidifies the air, exhausts air, provides fresh air, filtration, heating and cooling (if needed). and provides energy recycling in an integrated manner to the consumer.
The central engine houses in block B and block A are designed and implemented as PRIMARY-SECONDARY and VARIABLE FLOW SYSTEM, and the entire cooling and heating system is precisely controlled by the defined valid scenario. All tools and control equipment are manufactured by Danfoss. All pumps in all circuits are made by Granfus and have inverters, and valves are made by KSB, Germany. Also, for all circuits, including cooling tower circuits, fans, air conditioners and heating systems, swimming pools and hot tubs, and hot water supply, HYDRO FLOW type physical modifiers made by HYDRO PATH company in England have been provided.
Sewage System, Rainwater and Water Supply:
The water supply system in different pressure zones is independent of water supply boiler-pump packages made by Grand Foss company, using all-steel floor pumps of CR type and electrical and control devices of European quality. It should be noted that the direction of filling and HVAC compensatory system, as well as green space irrigation and non-drinking uses, separate booster pumps are used.
