The mechanical facilities of the Koohyar project have been designed and implemented centrally and intelligently. The air conditioning system has been designed and constructed using air-cooled chillers and condensing boilers, along with ceiling fan coils, air handlers, and necessary control equipment, ensuring fresh air circulation throughout all areas of the building. The water supply system has been planned in three vertical zones with independent booster pumps. In the pool and jacuzzi area, a fully intelligent central dehumidification system has been integrated, along with heat exchangers and heat recovery units. The central boiler room has been designed and implemented in primary and secondary circuits across three independent spaces in the sixth basement and on the rooftop.
